Greens+ Chocolate Coconut Energy Balls

in Uncategorized

If you read my last post, well, thank you kindly!, but also you would have read about my journey to balance my pH levels through the Genuine Health 21 day challenge in partnership with Goodness Me. This challenge was REALLY eye opening. I started off much more acidic than I realized but I am proud to announce that I am now a consistent 6.8-7.0 (cue the applause) all thanks to the Genuine Health Greens+ (again, I was not paid to say that, it’s just the truth)

So, as a way to change up how to consume my greens powder everyday I started off first with my pH balancing smoothie bowl {you can catch that recipe out below} My second mastermind experiment came in the form of chocolate coconut energy balls. yep. chocolate, coconut AND pH balancing greens…this is as good as it gets my friends.

Chocolate Coconut Greens Powder Energy Balls

These were super quick to make and keeping them in the freezer means I have a healthy snack anytime the urge strikes.

  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 pitted dates, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon Genuine Health Greens+
  • pinch of sea salt
  • shredded coconut for rolling
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, except the shredded coconut.
  2. Process until combined.
  3. Wet hands and roll into balls {size depends on how many you want to get. This quantity gave me 6 balls}
  4. Roll into shredded coconut and place on a plate lined with parchment paper and freeze.
  5. Once frozen transfer into a freezer safe container and consume when required.
